How Itinerary Planning Works
Tell us your travel dates, group size, interests and budget, and we’ll design a tailored itinerary drawing from our full range of destinations and activities.
Flexibility Policy
We understand plans change. Confirmed activities can be altered to better suit your budget, provided the request is made at least three weeks before your arrival date. This gives us time to rearrange bookings without disrupting the rest of your trip.
Accommodation Bookings
We arrange accommodation across all budget levels — from backpacker lodges to mid-range guesthouses to upscale riverfront lodges — in Victoria Falls, Livingstone and near Chobe/Hwange, matched to your budget and preferred style.
Road Transfers
We coordinate all ground transport between destinations and activities, including:
- Airport pickup on arrival
- Transfers between Victoria Falls, Livingstone, Chobe and Hwange
- Border crossing logistics between Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana
- Airport drop-off on departure
